During these Conversations with the St. Louis Fed meetings, Senior Business Economist Kathleen Navin will provide an Economic Update offering regional and national perspectives. Our Supervision team will provide updates on banking trends, emerging risks and supervisory operating principles.

Conversations with the St. Louis Fed Webinar on Pennies

On Friday, December 12, the St. Louis Fed hosted webinar to discuss “Pennies”. During this Conversations with the St. Louis Fed, Tim Brown, vice president of Cash Services, provided an update on the discontinuation of pennies and how the St. Louis Fed’s cash unit is handling circulation of pennies.

Conversations with the St. Louis Fed titled “Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Reform- Q&A”

On Thursday, July 21,2022 the latest edition of Conversations with the St. Louis Fed titled “Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Reform- Q&A” was held. During this session we heard from Supervisory Examiner Caleb Bobo (St. Louis Fed), Lead Supervisory Policy Analyst Alejandra Lopez-Fernandini (Board of Governors), and CRA Subject Matter Expert Jessica Farr (Atlanta Fed), as they provide an overview of the Interagency CRA Proposal that was released on May 5, 2022.
