Commercial Real Estate Market Index (CREMI)

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s CREMI provides information about general commercial real estate conditions in nearly 400 U.S. cities and their adjacent communities, covering multiple asset types (office, hospitality, multifamily, and others).

Community Investment Explorer (CIE)

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis’ CIE is an interactive tool for examining the distribution of community and economic development capital at the state, regional and neighborhood levels.  

Consumer Credit Explorer (CCE)

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s CCE enables users to look at quarterly changes in credit use indicators and to compare trends across different geographies using the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Consumer Credit Panel/Equifax Data.

Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED)

Created and maintained by the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, FRED is an online database consisting of hundreds of thousands of economic data time series from scores of national, international, public, and private sources.

Home Mortgage Explorer

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Home Mortgage Explorer provides lending estimates produced from publicly available Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data.

Home Ownership Affordability Monitor (HOAM)

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s HOAM provides a monthly measure of the median-income household’s capacity to afford the median-priced home at the national, metro, and metro-county levels.

Senior Loan Officer Opinion Survey on Bank Lending Practices

Survey of up to eighty large domestic banks and twenty-four U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banks. The Federal Reserve generally conducts the survey quarterly, timing it so that results are available for the January/February, April/May, August, and October/November meetings of the Federal Open Market Committee.
